Linz Electric’s Technical Office has developed a new series of 2-pole, 220 Adc alternators-welders, an updated release of the previous series in terms of power, sturdiness and reliability. The new series, called E2W10DC, has not only undergone accurate restyling, but has also been subject to important technical innovations, starting with a new “heart” that guarantees greater power with a welding range that can reach a maximum 220 amperes.
Due to its incredible resistance, the new series is particularly suitable for use on new markets in emerging countries, as well as for all maintenance and building site work in the more developed markets. The key factor of this increase in reliability is the two new, precise and particularly robust regulating systems, an important quality, especially where conditions are difficult and laborious.
In fact, the new series has been fitted with electrical regulation systems that are solid and suitable for effective use even under the most severe conditions. The aesthetic aspect has also undergone re-styling with a new frame in pressure die-cast aluminium. The E2W10DC series is already a commercial success due to its much appreciated cost containment and its prolonged welding service cycle.
