The BC9 model, with a speed rotation between 1050 and 3000 rpm, is more efficient and reliable than traditional technologies and guarantees precise tension setting.
A new idea in the field of battery chargers for applications that require high quality performances: Linz Electric is launching the BC9 model onto the domestic and international market, a new series of low tension, 9-phase battery chargers. The new product, developed entirely by our company's technical department, uses an electronically controlled 9-phase brushless AC source with an 18-impulse DC power rectifier, which can supply up to 150 Adc.
Compared to standard battery chargers, the main advantage of the new technology applied by Linz Electric is its variable rotation speed between 1050 and 3000 revolutions per minute. This feature, guarantees performances similar to models using chopper technology but ensures greater reliability through the use of technology based on the power rectifier.
The enormous operational advantages of the new BC9 series, produced, like all Linz Electric devices, using advanced components to ensure constant high quality over time, can be summarised principally by the rotation speed variability, the high efficiency which is distinctly greater compared to traditional fixed speed battery charger, a voltage adjustment at +/- 1% and a ripple inferior than 1%.
All these properties make the low voltage device, developed and marketed by Linz Electric SpA, particularly suitable for use not only as a battery charger, but especially advisable for all applications that require direct current supply with extremely low ripple, such as electronic devices, telecommunication equipment or led lights.
